What to know before you choose.
Six answers to the questions a price list raises, better read before you commit than after.
Can a ceiling being reached cut off my access?
No, never. If you go past your storage or your cases for the month, only creating stops. You can still consult, download your archives, and your recipients go on uploading into the cases already open. Nothing is erased, nothing is locked, and the monthly counter starts again on the first of the month.
Can I change plan?
Yes, in both directions. Moving down a plan, you keep everything you have built: checklists still readable, cases still open, links already sent still valid. Only creating follows the new plan. One exception, announced before you confirm: a retention period longer than the one of the plan you are moving to is brought down, which brings the destruction of closed cases nearer.
How long are my cases kept?
Three, six or nine months depending on the plan, and you set the period within that limit. Those periods are deliberately short: a period you announce is a commitment to hold encrypted identity documents for all of it. Lengthening is easy, shortening is not.
Can I cancel easily?
You cancel from your workspace, without writing to us. The full export is offered to you before anything is destroyed, and a deletion you ask for waits seven days during which it stays cancellable. The destruction is then final, in backups included: the case key is destroyed, and nothing rebuilds it.
Is the price per user or per account?
Per account. Twenty-four euros cover your whole organisation, up to five people. No seat to add along the way, and no invoice that grows without anyone deciding it. The amounts are before tax, French VAT is added at the rate in force, and every due date produces a numbered invoice available in your workspace.
Does my client have to pay, or create an account?
Neither. The person you are asking for documents uploads through a link, with no password, no sign-up and no charge. They are not party to the contract: whatever happens to your subscription, a link already open stays open until the date announced.
