Different cases,
the same need:
the right documents.
As soon as a case cannot move forward without documents, TickDoc makes collecting them simpler. Property, lending, accounting, legal, HR or insurance: you ask for the documents, TickDoc helps you follow what is still missing.

Choose your trade.
Six documented situations. Each card leads to its example, further down the page.
Estate agencies
Lettings, tenant files, guarantors, documents from each person.
Mortgage brokers
Borrower, co-borrower, income and supporting documents.
Accountants
Year-end documents, awaited from several clients at once.
Notaries and lawyers
Documents asked of several parties, with a clear view of what is missing.
Human resources
Hiring and onboarding, documents to collect from the candidate.
Insurance and health cover
Joining or a claim, with documents to receive from several people.
A few typical cases.
Three real cases, and what TickDoc changes about them.
Lettings
A tenancy file
A tenant, a flatmate or a guarantor may each have their own documents to provide. Shared documents are asked for once, the others from each person.
- Identity document
- Proof of address
- The last three payslips
You see straight away what has arrived and what is missing. One link per person on a single case, and photographs assembled into one PDF, in order.
Lending
A loan application
The borrower and the co-borrower may have different documents to provide. One template checklist per kind of loan, reused from one case to the next.
- Documents from the borrower and the co-borrower
- Tax assessment
- Proof of deposit
No more rebuilding the case out of several emails. An explained absence arrives in writing, and the archive leaves with its summary PDF.
HR
Hiring a colleague
The candidate receives a link and uploads the documents asked for, with no account to create. They cannot read back what they sent.
- Identity document and bank details
- Social security certificate
- Diplomas and certifications
The team sees quickly whether the case is ready to handle. A second factor by email is switched on case by case, when the document warrants it.
And for other cases too.
Three more trades, and what is particular to each.
Accountants
Gather the documents awaited for a financial year, then spot the clients who have not sent everything. One template checklist per tax regime, one link per client, and one summary a day rather than an alert per upload.
Notaries and lawyers
Ask several people for documents and keep a clear record of what arrived. Probate and sales, where each party provides their own deeds: the log says who provided what and when, and it can be exported.
Insurance and health cover
Bring the documents of a claim or an application together instead of hunting through several exchanges. A public link on your own site: everyone who arrives there opens their own case, with their own key.
Your trade is not on the list?
If you have to collect documents from a client, a candidate, a member or several people at once, tell us about your case. We will simply say whether TickDoc suits it.
